How to use a mobile phone as a webcam

If you use a computer without a webcam or your camera is of poor quality, you can use your phone as a webcam.

This can be used, for example, via the application EpocCam.

You can download the app for free for Android / iOS.

There is also a paid version for Android / iOS. It brings some other features such as HD video, flash support, watermark removal, etc.

You shall then download the application to your PC or Mac EpocCam viewer.

Setup is quite simple. Just connect your phone via USB or WiFi.

You need to have both your phone and PC/Mac applications turned on.

Both devices should be connected and the PC/Mac will display the image from your phone's camera.

Next, you need to set your phone as an OBS image source.
