If you use a computer without a webcam or your camera is of poor quality, you can use your phone as a webcam.
This can be used, for example, via the application EpocCam.

There is also a paid version for / . It brings some other features such as HD video, flash support, watermark removal, etc.
You shall then download the application to your PC or Mac .
Setup is quite simple. Just connect your phone via USB or WiFi.
You need to have both your phone and PC/Mac applications turned on.
Both devices should be connected and the PC/Mac will display the image from your phone's camera.
Next, you need to set your phone as an OBS image source.
